Under the provisions of Portuguese Law 67/98, of 26 October, we hereby declare that:

Ad Capita - Recursos Humanos, Limitada ("Ad Capita Executive Search", "Ad Capita", "us", "we"), with head office at Campo Grande, 56-6ºC, 1700-093 Lisbon, Portugal, , telephone +351-217 998 110, is responsible for the collection and maintenance of data submitted by candidates to us via this site, through its legal representatives.

Data collected is for the exclusive use of Ad Capita Executive Search and its staff and consultants, in connection with its business of recruitment.

Data collected from the "CV Registration Form" or from forms set up on this site for specific assignments, including any attached documents, will not be passed on to third parties without the express permission of the person registering the data. The exceptions to this are:

a) Where we feel such data would of interest to our partner firms in the INAC global network [see INAC Network], clients or potential clients and to the candidates concerned, we may communicate the data to the people referred to. In such a case, the data will only be communicated "blind", that is, in such a manner that the individual candidate cannot be identified by name, address or employer, unless the owner of the data otherwise expressly agrees.

b) Where a candidate has sent in details in response to a specific recruitment opportunity, via a form dedicated to the relevant assignment, we may pass on his or her details to the client.

We take all possible care to ensure restricted access to data submitted to us, including the use of a Secure Server for transmission of data via the internet.

Candidates submitting data will receive an e-mail confirming the data they have submitted, in order that they have the opportinity to correct any mistakes made in completing the forms. Owners of data may request copies of data held by Ad Capita about them and will be sent a file containing these data. Any assessments, test results, consultant's comments, notes and reports will not be included in such files.
