Rui is the founding partner and head of the firm's practice in Portugal since 2001. With more than 30 years of business experience, he held several executive positions in domestic and multinational organizations, in sectors like Insurance, Professional Services and Management Consulting, before starting his career in Executive Search, where he has conducted many engagements for C-level executives across sectors and geographies. 

Rui is also Co-founder and currently serves as President of INAC - Global Executive Search. Legal studies in Lisbon Law University and Executive Business Management in AESE/IESE.  

Served as Board member in a variety of Human Resources and Management Professional Associations at a Portuguese and European level.  Fluent Portuguese, English and Spanish. Good French.

Victoria is responsible for the Madrid office and to assist clients and candidates across the Spanish market. Seasoned executive search consultant with 30 years experience in the industry she had conducted an extensive number of executive search mandates for hundreds of domestic and international clients. She holds a Degree in French Philology and Simultaneous Translation from L'Université Catholique of Paris and a Masters degree in Human Resources from the Instituto de Directivos de Empresa of Madrid. Prior to become a partner in our team Victoria worked for over ten years for a leading international Executive Search firm.

Victoria is also responsible for the cross border - Portugal / Spain - business interactions supporting Spanish clients entering the Portuguese market and the other way around.

Lais Passarelli started her career in Executive Search back in 1986 and founded Passarelli Consultores in Sao Paolo twenty years ago. She has an enviable reputation in the industry, locally and internationally and is seen by the business community as a reference for expertise and advice in executive talent topics. Prior to founding her own firm, she held executive positions in Financial Services and High Tech. She was also Vice-President for Expansion and a member of the Executive Board of INAC.  Holds a degree in Psychology, Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Sao Paulo U.S.P and a Masters Degree in Professional Careers in the field of Social and Labor Psychology from the University of Sao Paulo – U.S.P. Lais successfully placed hundreds of C-level candidates in a range of industries and locations and she's in charge of the business flow from Brazil to Portugal and vice versa.

Since 25 years Klemens Wersonig is focusing on senior recruitment and headhunting across Central and Eastern Europe. He has personally interviewed over 20.000 managers in Central Europe and successfully placed over 500. 

Before he finished a doctorate in business administration at the WU-Wirtschaftsuniversität Vienna he was AIESEC president in Vienna and had traineeships in USA, Canada and France. He crossed the “iron curtain” back in 1988 and was one of the first "pioneers to the East". In 1994 he founded the TARGET Executive Search Group now covering 7 CEE countries. Next to his CEO role for the entire Group, he enjoys above all to take care of his own key clients and find the right managers for them.

Besides his native German he speaks fluent English, French, Hungarian and studies Slovak. He also served for many years as a Board Member and Vice President of INAC Global Executive Search.

Jon Gordon is Sheer Velocity’s Managing Partner and co-founder. Before launching Sheer Velocity, he served for five years as Executive Vice President for one of the largest retained executive search firms in the US and was based in Boulder, Colorado. Before joining one of the nation’s largest international executive search firms, Jon spearheaded several start-up ventures. He has built companies from the ground up that have yielded successful exits for investors and employees alike. Over the course of Jon’s career, he has been recruiting top talent and hiring professionals for over 25 years from middle management to the C-suite. Jon focuses on searches at all levels in Advanced Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain. Jon graduated with a degree in Environmental Conservation from the University of Colorado and currently lives in Boulder, Colorado with his wife and three children. He serves also as the VP North America for INAC Global Executive Search.
